This was manifest in all aspects from reception through marketing and to sales. Several other agents tried to poach us from H & H but we had no reason to be interested in their approaches. If we were to sell another property in Armidale it would be through H & H. We are recommending H & H to our friends. PSH gave us feedback after each inspection through discussions in the office and by phone. PG did not always get back to us after an inspection but he more than made up for this in his handling of the bureaucratic hassles in the protracted period between offer acceptance and exchange of contracts and in providing us with feedback on the progress with these matters. We certainly appreciated the Saturday afternoon visit he made that relieved some of our nervousness about the progress towards contract exchange. In this period he went well beyond what we expected was his duty. The combination of virtual tour, articles and regular inclusions (with changing text) in the Property Guide, and the footpath sign completely met our expectations of coverage in the marketing area. Apparently it was the footpath sign that brought the attention of the eventual buyers to our property. The most satisfying aspect of the marketing was the way in which the property was marketed as a lifestyle concept rather than just a house and land. This allowed incorporation of the extensive landscaping, the location, privacy and the abundance of native wildlife in the garden. Thank you H & H!!"
